Kindy Enrolments for 2025
An ‘Application for Enrolment Form – 2025 Kindy Application’ needs to be completed, please attend Alkimos Beach Primary School Administration Office to complete the form.
You will also be required to supply the school office with the following documents:
- Original Birth Certificate
- Passport and visa (If not born in Australia)
- Medicare Immunisation History Statement https://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/medicare/australian-immunisation-register
- Current Proof of Address (must be utility usage bill e.g. gas, electricity). Please note: phone accounts/licences/rates notices cannot be accepted.
GENERAL ENROLMENTS
How to enrol
For successful enrolment into Alkimos Beach Primary School, parents will be required to complete all 3 stages of the enrolment process; this process takes some time to complete.
Stage 1
An Application to Enrol needs to be completed, please attend Alkimos Beach PS Administration Office to complete all required paperwork.
You will be required to supply the school office with the following documents:

Stage 2
Once an enrolment application has been accepted an enrolment interview will be arranged with one of our Associate Principals. Parents must attend the school office in person and complete the full enrolment details form, at which time an enrolment interview and tour of the school will be provided. Please allow up to 1.5 hours to complete the enrolment interview. This is a 4 page document and requires all parent details (mother and father), contact phone numbers and addresses, any applicable court/family orders, full disclosure of medical conditions and supporting paperwork and Medicare number.
All students require a school uniform and parents will need to purchase one at this point for their child before their allocated start date.
Stage 3
New students must present to the school office in full school uniform with their student booklist items. They will be escorted along with parents to their new classroom.
Out of Area Applications
Alkimos Beach Primary School’s catchment area is the following housing estates; Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Central. Please note – Allara, Amberton, Eden Beach, Jindalee, Jindowie, Shorehaven and Yanchep are not within our catchment, an ‘out of area’ application may be submitted however; there are a number of criteria that the school needs to refer to before this application is accepted.
